Industrial sector
Biomass power plants, central heating and thermal energy companies, industrial steam boilers, and drying or thermal drying production lines.
Biomass pellets are used wherever a consistent, flowable, low-carbon solid fuel is required. The right grade depends on boiler design, ash tolerance, and operating economics.
The same controlled production process can serve power generation, process heat, building heating, and residential fuel needs.
Biomass power plants, central heating and thermal energy companies, industrial steam boilers, and drying or thermal drying production lines.
Hotel and resort heating systems, school and hospital central heating, and large-scale supermarket heating installations.
Home pellet stoves, household heating systems, and rural clean-heating programs requiring consistent, convenient pellet fuel.
Grade A fuel for performance-sensitive systems
Industrial combustion systems need stable fuel density and moisture content. Excess moisture reduces useful heat, while excess ash increases maintenance and handling costs.
Grade A rubberwood pellets deliver a high calorific value of 18.5 MJ/kg, low moisture of 4.5%, and low ash of 1.4%, making them suitable for buyers with tight fuel-quality requirements. Grade B offers a cost-conscious option for large continuous boilers, and Grade C can support high-volume or regional fuel programs.
Ask About Grade AThis is a starting point, not a fixed rule. Boiler design, fuel-handling equipment, and local certification requirements also matter.
| Application | Typical requirement | Suggested grade | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Industrial steam boiler | Stable heat output, moderate ash tolerance | Grade A or B | Balances energy density with operating cost. |
| Biomass power plant | High volume, large-scale intake | Grade B or C | Supports large consistent volume programs. |
| Central or district heating | Reliable supply, controlled moisture | Grade A or B | Reduces variability across heating seasons. |
| Drying production line | Continuous process heat | Grade B | Good value for process-heat load. |
| Hotel, school, or hospital heating | Clean operation, predictable delivery | Grade A | Low ash reduces maintenance frequency. |
| Home pellet stove | Low ash, consistent pellet size | Grade A | Small combustion chambers prefer clean fuel. |
